Based on close monitoring of our sites we have confirmed that services have stabilized.

Update

Our upstream provider is still working hard to get things back on track, but they’ve estimated that it might take a few more hours to fully recover.

We continue to monitor progress and will provide updates as we have them.

Update

We are continually observing improvements to site performance, with some clients reporting their sites have returned completely back to normal, and our upstream provider also observes positive signs of recovery.

We will keep monitoring progress of this outage and provide updates as soon as possible.

Open LMS Cloud Services Infrastructure team have performed some mitigating actions to alleviate the impact of the upstream provider. Sites impacted should start seeing improvements.
